Wind Power Engineering
Maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, construction, commissioning and coordination.
We combine mechanical, electrical, controls, safety, IT and international coordination according to each wind-power project. The examples below describe representative support areas while respecting project confidentiality.
Maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, construction, commissioning and coordination.
SCADA, industrial PCs, networks, video monitoring and recording, environmental measurement, data acquisition and remote maintenance.
Work-at-height PPE, inspection workflows, rescue, evacuation and safety systems.
Technical interface between Japanese customers, overseas manufacturers and repair partners.
Safety, work-at-height and rescue training coordinated with external academies including FOM Academy.
Product selection, specification review, importing, implementation and local support in Japan.
In addition to SCADA, industrial PCs and networks, we evaluate outdoor monitoring cameras, video recording to NVR/NAS and environmental measurement/data acquisition using weather stations under real operating conditions. A camera system has been operating since autumn 2025; selected rescue activity that was incidentally recorded during operation was published in March 2026.
We combine commercially available devices with industrial IT to verify monitoring, measurement, communications and recording as one integrated system under real operating conditions.

Live observations from an Ambient Weather WS-4000 are presented through a SUMA-Technica custom dashboard.
Installation note: The weather station is installed on a 20th-floor apartment balcony, where the building can obstruct and disturb airflow. Wind direction and wind speed in particular should therefore be regarded as reference values rather than accurate representative conditions for the surrounding area.
Rather than limiting evaluation to bench testing, the system is operated outdoors to verify communications, recording, remote access and environmental effects over time. During operation of the monitoring and recording system, in service since autumn 2025, actual rescue activity was incidentally captured and selected footage was published in March 2026.
Provide a single Japan-side interface for technical and commercial coordination.
Move from paper or fragmented records toward traceable PPE management.
Custom training equipment for hands-on electrical, mechanical and process isolation and Lockout / Tagout procedures.
Combine mechanical, electrical and controls perspectives to structure practical support from construction and commissioning through operations.
Support product evaluation, technical inquiries, repair logistics, customer coordination and training arrangements in Japan.
We can design and fabricate practical LOTO training devices for safe hands-on learning of electrical and mechanical isolation procedures. Training configurations can combine circuit breakers, motor-protection devices, fuses, isolators, lockout hardware, valves, pumps and piping systems to reflect the customer's equipment and training objectives.
Hands-on isolation and lockout training using breakers, motor-protection devices, fuses and isolators.
Practical isolation exercises using valves, pumps and piping, including stored-energy and fluid-system considerations.
Custom design and fabrication from compact training panels to integrated training rigs based on actual equipment and internal procedures.
